ADComms secures £250k of RGF Funding to broaden service offering

Date: 28 November 2012

ADComms, with the assistance of North Lincolnshire Council, has secured £250k of Regional Growth Funding with which it intends to create an additional 21 jobs.

RGF is a government-led initiative intended to increase employment. Other recipients include General Motors, Pirelli and Bentley Motors.

The Company will use the funds to assist it in broadening the range of services it can offer customers – particularly in the fields of RF, Synergy and trackside maintenance. It will achieve this by investing in specific equipment, training and software. Furthermore, some of the funding has been earmarked for specific development projects.

Jason Pearce, Managing Director said

“We’re delighted to be working with the RGF, as part of their drive to support progressive companies. We are rapidly developing our business to meet the growing demand for telecommunications specialism within the UK rail sector and will continue to grow our headcount significantly over the next 18 months. With the support of the RGF we are able to accelerate employment opportunities for people and invest in retraining new employees in rail telecoms. In addition, a substantial proportion of the funding is earmarked for development projects. At ADComms we pride ourselves on offering our customers innovative solutions and are very excited about having this additional resource to draw upon”.
